How do I contact Support?

To contact our Support team, open Game Settings by tapping the gear button in the upper-right corner of the main game screen:

There, tap the Open button next to the Support option:

Describe your issue in detail. Our specialists will review your inquiry.

Please select a relevant question category: it helps our specialists solve your problem faster. For example, you must choose Payment issues if you have not received purchased goods.

If you cannot submit a ticket from within the game, press the three-line icon in the upper-right corner of this page:


Then select Submit a request.
