If you have not found the answer to your question in the Help Center, contact our Support team. Our specialists will review your inquiry.

To contact our Support team:

  1. Open Game Settings by tapping the gear button in the upper-right corner of the main game screen:

  2. There, tap the Open button next to the Support option:

  3. Select the category relevant to your question.
  4. You will see the article list. Select the subject you have a question about. Make sure to check the information in the article, as you may find the answer to your question there.
  5. If the information does not answer your question, press Submit a request.

Note
Please select a relevant question category: it helps our specialists solve your problem faster. For example, you must choose Payment issues if you have not received purchased goods.

If you cannot submit a ticket from within the game, press the three-line icon in the upper-right corner of this page:
