In this article, you can find out what you should do if you have lost access to your account. Tap the name of your device's operating system to open the instructions.
- Close the Hero Wars: Alliance app. Make sure it is not running in the background.
- Open the Google Play Games app.

Go to Settings:

Find the Your data section and press Change account for games:

Find the Change the default account for games section and select Change:

Press Change the default account for all games:

You will see the list of your Google accounts. Select the account you usually use:
- Open the game. The progress connected to the selected Google account will be restored.
- If you have not found your account, repeat these steps selecting all the Google accounts you have one after another.
If the instruction has not helped, contact our Support team. In your inquiry, provide the following information about your original account:
- Your team name (nickname).
- Account ID. It is displayed in the profile menu.
- Team level.
- Account creation date (month and year).
- The name of your Guild.
- The number of your server.
If you have made any purchases, attach a screenshot of any receipt. You can find receipts in your email; they come from googleplay-noreply@google.com. If you cannot find the receipt in your inbox, you can open all your purchases here.
Contact our Support team and provide the following information about your account:
- Your team name (nickname).
- Account ID. It is displayed in the profile menu.
- Team level.
- Account creation date (month and year).
- The name of your Guild.
- The number of your server.
If you have made any purchases, attach a screenshot of any receipt. You can find the receipts in your inbox. They come from no_reply@email.apple.com. If you cannot find the receipt in your inbox, you can check the payment history:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
- Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
- Tap Purchase History.
- Tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range.

If you have made any purchases, attach a screenshot of any receipt. You can find it in the payment history:
- Open the AppGallery app, go to the Me tab, and tap your profile at the very top of the screen.
- Select Payment and purchases.
- Tap Purchase history.
- You will see your purchase history. Find the purchase in question and tap it.
